When will I receive my order?

For orders placed with standard shipping, please allow 3-7 business days for your package to arrive. Note that orders may take up to 3 business days to process before shipping. ***USPS delays may make shipping times longer***
Express Shipping – Orders must be received by 2PM for 1-2day express shipping.

What is your return policy?

For Play Beauty online purchases you may return your items within the approved window of up to 14 days of your purchase for a store credit. Store credit will be granted for items which are unused and unopened only.

Can I return products that I purchased in-store?

YES. You have up to 14 days to return unused and unopened products purchased in store for a store credit. You may receive a store credit for up to 14 days for unopened and unused items.
